Crisis over thanks to Kritter Koncepts!
The ferret food suppliers in Colorado were all out of Totally Ferret Complete and so were we! Lug Nut our old guy is battling 2 types of cancer, he will only eat Totally Ferret Complete, Cheerios and Ferretone, the last thing I wanted to do was to starve him and disrupt his habits. Thank God for Kathy, she saved the day by sending 2 bags of food overnight and was forthcoming with the reason for the shortage. Kathy, Lug Nut didn’t skip a beat, didn’t realize the panic I was going through – thank you, thank you and thank you!!!!

I am so happy with ordering from Kritter Koncepts. They have great prices on their food and other products. I love the fact they have items designed just for ferrets like their cages and their litter boxes. Their quality products have been designed with the ferrets well being in mind. These individuals care about our fuzzies and it shows! The service is beyond wonderful, the special items (litter pans, crates) are designed with ferret comfort in mind, the food choices are the best for your pets. They profit little from their customers but rely more on our goodness and concern to help their own rescued ferrets. These people are fair and benevolent. I feel better with them in the world doing good for our fuzzies.
