What about overnight delivery? Overnight and second and third day shipping is available for an additional shipping charge. What if I want to return an item? Customer satisfaction is our guarantee! If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with the product ordered, it may be returned, with the following stipulations:
- Return the product with 15 days of receipt. Product must be returned in the original condition. Returns after 15 days of receipt will not be accepted.
- Return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer unless an incorrect or damaged item has been received. A 25% restocking fee will be charged.
- Before replacement product is shipped, we must receive the incorrect or damaged item.
